Steel Challenge Required Equipment

  • handgun 9mm, .38 or larger caliber pistol or revolver
  • 5 magazines or speed loaders is recommended (high capacity is not needed as steel matches consist of 5-shot strings)
  • 150+ rounds of ammunition for a 5 stage match. (minor loads requested)
  • Any belt holster that covers the trigger of the pistol.
